High cholesterol foods diet

The two most important types of circulating fats are triglycerides and cholesterol. Its origin comes from food and synthesis by the liver. Both types fulfill different physiological missions in the organism, especially of structural and energetic type, but when their production is excessive or their metabolism deficient the consequent accumulation can constitute an important risk factor for the development of arteriosclerosis.
