The Argentine authorities announced a $ 4.9 million (98 million pesos) reward for information that would help find a submarine “ARA San Juan” that disappeared on November 15 last year after 44 crew members left the city of Ushuaia in the far south of Argentina.

The announcement states that the prize will be given to a person who will “provide information and reliable data that will enable the location of the submarine to be found.”

The Argentine Navy suspended a rescue operation on November 30, but the submarine search continued.
